# How to set the user avatar in OMLx
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
### First you want to verify that the package `om-user-manager` is installed on your system:
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
```
|
|
|
|
|
$ rpm -q om-user-manager
|
|
|
|
|
om-user-manager-0.0.1-1.x86_64
|
|
|
|
|
```
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
If console does not return you any output type command:
|
|
|
|
|
```
|
|
|
|
|
$ sudo dnf --refresh install om-user-manager
|
|
|
|
|

### Open System Settings
|

### A dialog window will open where you can choose your avatar

### Enlarge the icons size to see the available images easier

### You maybe want a custom image as avatar
|
|
|

so let’s have it in the proper place
|
|

### Open a console in the containing directory
|
|
|
|
|
and copy it to `/usr/share/mdk/faces/`
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
